Ne’ume Veronica Huerta (but you can call me Vii), a proud lineal descendant of the Yo’eme (Yaqui) peoples of Sonora, Mexico and the creative behind Viisual Photography. My work lives at the intersection of culture, fashion, and storytelling. Whether I’m shooting on a runway, out in community, or capturing the raw energy behind a movement. This isn’t just about aesthetics. I create visuals that carry weight. That honor where we come from. That hold space for identity, resistance, and joy. My camera has taken me behind the scenes at high-fashion events, into the heart of Indigenous advocacy, and into classrooms where Native youth are finding their voice through art.
I’m not here to play it safe. I’m here to make work that means something. That moves people. That gets under your skin in the best way. I obsess over the details, trust my gut, and never show up without a backup battery and a big vision.
If you work with me, expect honesty, intention, and collaboration. I’ll meet you where you’re at and bring your story to life. Unfiltered, Unapologetic, and exactly how it deserves to be seen.
This isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am. And I’m just getting started.
Lios em chaniavu (Good day)
